Creamery

Now Welbeck has one of the best organic pedigree Friesian herds in the country, yet back in the the late 1800s we had an amazing yet slightly less fruitful herd of Holsteins. They produced milk which was then transported to the creamery for production into cream (obviously), butter, cheese and much more. During their stay at Welbeck many members of royalty, both English and European would have feasted on these items, and we are certain, that if you try the dairy items stocked in the farm shop today, that you will agree they are still fit for a king.
